You may have seen our printed ads in many national magazines over the past 35 years. Our study of heraldry
started over 50 years ago when my husband (Henry Rainaud) and I (Marcia) traveled throughout Europe collecting books on heraldry (many of which were antiques). Over the years we have continued to study heraldic languages and perfected our research and translation techniques to benefit our customers. Our private library now contains over half a million names from more than 32 countries. We pride ourselves on the fact that we still individually research each and every name using our extensive library. 

We created a computer system to assist us in the research of names. Over the years we have meticulously gone through our library page by page and cross referenced each name with its location(s), variant(s), title(s), origin(s) and other assorted associations. We have cross referenced our entire private library with an indexing and search capability that we believe is the best in the world. The search program allows us to find your name or variant where other so called "heraldic research" firms can only produce a single reference (if any at all)! 

We know that doing things the old-fashioned way will make a big difference to you! We hand paint each shield after translating the blazon into the picture of the arms. Each bronze is placed on a hand finished mahogany shield.
